How do I see or track my order?
You can click the "Your Account" link in the top right of the SOL REPUBLIC Webstore to see the status of your order If you do not have a SOL REPUBLIC Account you can add your order number and email Here

How do I update/cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes after your purchase to log back into the your "You Account" and modify your order. If you do not update or cancel the order after that time your order will be shipped. However, you can refuse the package on arrival which will be sent back to Amazon and your account credited.

How do promotions/discounts work?
To receive the Bonus with Purchase discount:
Add all products described in the promotional offer message to your Shopping Cart one of two ways: 
a. Via the Add both to Cart button in the promotion description, OR 
b. Via the Add to Shopping Cart button on each respective product information page. 
The value of the Bonus item will be reflected on the final order checkout page and will be allocated proportionally to all participating promotion items in the Shopping Cart, including the Bonus item itself. If you remove any of the participating promotion items from your Shopping Cart or violate any of the terms and conditions listed below, the promotion will be invalid, and the discount will be removed from the order.

How do I return an item?
If you checked out through the SOL REPUBLIC store
Login to your webstore account and click the Return an Item link on the Your Account page under Order Information. You can select an order within a return window of 30 days. and will be asked the quantities and reason(s) for return and can enter any additional comments. Next print return merchandise authorization and shipment label and attach it to your package to ship to the Amazon warehouse specified on shipment label.
