Unpairable
The Amps Air 1.0 worked with my iPhone a few times. In fact, they only work in mono even if the Bluetooth interface says the contrary. I have tried several times the process of pairing to fix this issue, but I did not get lucky.
This is bad because the sound quality is good, but it is shadowed by the above issue.

Great, when earbuds actually work
I have had these these earbuds for over 2 years now. Although they sound pretty good, more so than often, it's difficult to get them working (i've followed the steps/instructions). It's frustrating to a point a where I've just considered throwing them out. It takes like 10-15 minutes to just get them to pair (I've used multiple devices to test).

The other piece stopped working
Just a few months after I got my new set, the other piece stopped working. It started with the static sounds and then weeks after it just died. I emailed the CS team and said they can't ship to my country. So sad.

The other one won't charge
I got this from my mom as a gift and the sound quality is nice BUT after I use them I put them back to the portable case to charge it I notice the right one is not charging it's not even showing the red light the indicates that it's charging the left one is charging completely fine,I'm gonna be honest I'm quite disappointed because my mom bought it for me and it cost like $126 but I can't use them it's like a waste of money

They aren't charging at all even though the case is fully charge and only one is working. What should I do. Also I'm really disappointed I played good money for these and there not working

My amps earbuds were given to me as presents from my kids in Sydney. My problem: both earbuds do not charge in the charging case which us in full charge. What do i do? I think there is a defect in factory workmanship.

1) Rarely do these pair together the first time they are pulled out of the case. Most times I need to repair them. Such a hassle.
Customer Relations would like me to turn off all bluetooth devices in the area to get these to pair?? I can see it now.... "May I have your attention please! Can everyone on this flight turn off your bluetooth devices so I can get my overpriced, nonfunctional earbuds working for the 10th time..." Yeah, that'll work.

2) The left earbud makes a white noise sound after about 30 minutes of listening. It cannot be turned off. It must be placed back into the case and then re-paired. See #1 below.
