Unpairable
The Amps Air 1.0 worked with my iPhone a few times. In fact, they only work in mono even if the Bluetooth interface says the contrary. I have tried several times the process of pairing to fix this issue, but I did not get lucky.
This is bad because the sound quality is good, but it is shadowed by the above issue.

Great, when earbuds actually work
I have had these these earbuds for over 2 years now. Although they sound pretty good, more so than often, it's difficult to get them working (i've followed the steps/instructions). It's frustrating to a point a where I've just considered throwing them out. It takes like 10-15 minutes to just get them to pair (I've used multiple devices to test).

The other piece stopped working
Just a few months after I got my new set, the other piece stopped working. It started with the static sounds and then weeks after it just died. I emailed the CS team and said they can't ship to my country. So sad.

The other one won't charge
I got this from my mom as a gift and the sound quality is nice BUT after I use them I put them back to the portable case to charge it I notice the right one is not charging it's not even showing the red light the indicates that it's charging the left one is charging completely fine,I'm gonna be honest I'm quite disappointed because my mom bought it for me and it cost like $126 but I can't use them it's like a waste of money

My version 1 earbuds no longer pair to each other. Both lights flash red and white. I’ve tried as described in the videos, such as putting them back in the case and taking them out simultaneously, powered them down and back on, etc.
Your not the only one. I used these earbuds for work i work 6 days a week so id have a good idea if these are decent. From my experience if u keep using just one earbud they will stop working together when try to listen to both. I have taken my earplugs back to the store i bought them from THREE times and every time i got brand new ones different colors every time. Over the 3 months i just concluded from my relentless testing that its a problem with the wireless feature. My best advice is to not buy these earbuds i have 4 different wireless earbuds including airpods for work and sol republic are hands down the worst!

The piece that the ear tips snap on to have completely detached from the earbud. Has this happened to anybody else?
I've had it happened several of mine. I'd recommend taking a toothpick and running a line of super glue around the edge of that when it first arrives. (And ALWAYS putting them in the charger case when they're not in your ears...)

How can I tell which is Right and which is Left?
The outside of the earbud will spell "SOL" when placed correctly. In the wrong ear, it spells, "LOS".

I have tried to sync several times but the right ear is just beeping and the light turns off. When I did the steps outlined they never paired to where it turned solid white and then green. I’m not sure what else to do
Thank you for your question. To pair the replacement earbud, ensure both earbuds are fully charged, then quickly double-press the SOL button on both earbuds at the same time. This puts them into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse white. Once successfully connected, the LEDs will turn solid white for 3 seconds, then continue to pulse once every 5 seconds during use. Your new earbud is now successfully paired and can be use. Please call us at 877-400-0310 if you are still having trouble connecting your earbuds.

If your other earbud is from the original Amps Air, the earbuds should pair together normally. Note that the replacement earbuds are not compatible with Amps Air 2.0.

Yes, these are replacements for the entire earbud. Note that these are earbuds for the original Amps Air, and won't be compatible with Amps Air 2.0.

I have bought one air Amps in US some weeks ago and when I arrive in Brazil and start using the earphone my surprises. Although I can sinc them, after some minutes they simply turn off automatically. Other problem is that it is really hard to sinc them.
Without a description of the problems you are experiencing, it's very hard to help resolve them. Things to keep in mind:
1. Each earbud pairs as a separate connection. Left = Amps Air - the primary connection which takes phone calls and manages the stereo connection; Right = Amps Mono - which must be paired with the phone to listen with only the right ear, and must be paired with the left to play in stereo.
2. You must pair each bud to the appropriate connection in your "Bluetooth Devices" settings page, then press the buttons of both earbuds at the same time. They should start beeping together, searching for each other. They will beep together and change tone, indicating that they are paired. This is the only time you should have to do it.
If that doesn't help, you'll need to be more specific.

My amp air 2.0 will play in stereo and the left one will do mono. But my right one will not do mono. If I take it out on its own nothing comes up on my phone that I can link to. How can I fix this please.

I like to use my Sol Republic earbuds separately - meaning, one at a time. However, they are paired together and I cannot figure out how to unpair them so I can pair them to my iPad individually rather than together.

Have had Amps Air for a little over a year as workout headphones and I know the steps as far as pairing by putting them in case or turning them back on. But no matter how many times I do this or even pressing forgetting Bluetooth I can only pair one.
Often when Amps Air have problems syncing to each other, it is because they are being paired to a device before they can pair to each other. The complete syncing instructions for the Amps Air are as follows: (Note that an additional step has been added at #6 compared to the manual)
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and other Bluetooth devices in the area.
2. Take earbuds out of your case.
3. Press and hold Sol Button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off.
4. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button once on each ear bud to turn them on.
5. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button twice to put ear buds into pairing mode.
6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. The earbuds should turn a solid white and green, and begin to flash together (sometimes the earbuds won’t flash together but they are still connected).
7. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to.
8. Select “Amps Air” in available devices.

My Amps Air are no longer working in stereo, only indiviually. I try to reset many times, according to the manual, but is not working How I can do like a Factory reset? Or do you have any other recomendation?
What helped me is to select “forget this device” on amps air, turn off Bluetooth, and repair the head phones. The amps air option will come up after that and will work

If the product is with in the one your warranty. You can send it in to get fix. With the receipt (proof of purchase). If its simply of warranty you can purchase the left ear bud individually.

You have to buy one and then it will never be the same bc it won’t sync that well. Every time you use them you will have to re sync .

I've gone through about 5 sets now. I call the company and they mail me out a new set and it works for about a month or so but every time the Left Ear Bud Fails meaning the volume drops after 10-15 Mins and then they cut out leaving me with only one ear.
