Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy. My wife got these for me for my bday in Feb of 2020. I was excited to get them but from the start the right ear bud would have issues connecting. It would connect but cut in and out right next to my phone or iPod touch. Contacted Sol Republic and they said they could do nothing for me. I got frustrated put them in a box and forgot about them. Well I found them again and I'm still upset at the good money that was thrown away for something should get enjoyment out of. Don't waste your money like we did and get product the company clearly does not stand behind.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unpairable The Amps Air 1.0 worked with my iPhone a few times. In fact, they only work in mono even if the Bluetooth interface says the contrary. I have tried several times the process of pairing to fix this issue, but I did not get lucky. This is bad because the sound quality is good, but it is shadowed by the above issue.

Although they sound pretty good, more so than often, it's difficult to get them working (i've followed the steps/instructions). It's frustrating to a point a where I've just considered throwing them out. It takes like 10-15 minutes to just get them to pair (I've used multiple devices to test).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The other piece stopped working Just a few months after I got my new set, the other piece stopped working. It started with the static sounds and then weeks after it just died. I emailed the CS team and said they can't ship to my country. So sad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The other one won't charge I got this from my mom as a gift and the sound quality is nice BUT after I use them I put them back to the portable case to charge it I notice the right one is not charging it's not even showing the red light the indicates that it's charging the left one is charging completely fine,I'm gonna be honest I'm quite disappointed because my mom bought it for me and it cost like $126 but I can't use them it's like a waste of money

I’ve bought multiple pairs of the amp air sound quality can’t be beat . I bought some apple AirPod pro they work good but not the same so I’m trying this again . They again stop syncing to each other hard reset won’t work . This is a constant problem .

Both of the ear buds are not charging in the case. I'm wondering what could be the problem/and what I can do to fix this. Thank you in advance.

They aren't charging at all even though the case is fully charge and only one is working. What should I do. Also I'm really disappointed I played good money for these and there not working

My amps earbuds were given to me as presents from my kids in Sydney.  My problem:  both earbuds do not charge in the charging case which us in full charge.  What do i do?  I think there is a defect in factory workmanship.

2) The left earbud makes a white noise sound after about 30 minutes of listening. It cannot be turned off. It must be placed back into the case and then re-paired. See #1 below.
