And the plastic covering the volume buttons tears after not much use. So now the earphones aren’t water resistant anymore and the buttons don’t work anymore. And I haven’t use them that long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the gym One of the few buds that actually fit my ears and stay put. Sound quality is actually pretty good for Bluetooth buds in this price range, especially if you switch them to "outdoor mode". Not sure why SOL made the poorer quality "indoor mode" default, I'm guessing the indoor mode may use less battery. So far no problems with battery life, the Bluetooth range is very good, hasn't dropped a connection yet. The only real complaint I have is the user instructions supplied are pictorial format and written instructions cannot be found anywhere on the SOL website.

I had some other headphones from SOL and they lasted me many years so when I went to go buy some others I went to SOL and saw that these were made for gym / activity so I got them. They are great light / small and charge quickly. Controls for music are right near the ear so you can switch easily

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bear With Me Before anyone is baffled by the rating, I’d like to clarify that this review is based (which may seem kinda dumb) on aesthetics, DURABILITY, ease of connectivity, and material quality. I bought these over a year ago online, captivated by the black and copper color. Immediately I loved them, the color was unique, the packaging was beautiful, the tools and extra buds were helpful, the weight was nonexistent, and though the two transmitter-type boxes were quirky but fun to wear. I listened to music day and night, and I used them (shriveled up in my pocket, left on the floor, thrown around, tucked away nicely) to my heart’s content, without noticing detrimental effects. BUT I lost them after 5 months of use. I thought I had seen the last of them after that day, but I was not disappointed because the value for the price I paid was great. Three months later (on 07/08/19) I found them in the backseat of a family member’s car, with one of the wires stuck on the base of the car-seat adjustment system. I tried turning them on and to my surprise they worked, connecting easily to my new phone! BOTTOMLINE - I would recommend these if you’re looking for lightweight, comfortable, durable (and I mean durable), nicely-looking earphones for recreational use. The sound is decent. CONS - The bass is not all that great and you could probably get better bass and balance for a few more bucks.

I am having difficulty in switching off the earphones. The blue light is constantly flashing and it does not switch off whilst holding down the on/off button. Please help as I do really like these ear phones. Only had them one week.

How do I pair my ear phones to my phone?? Press on/off?? Hold that button down? All I see that is happening is a solid blue light, no beeping or anything...my android keeping trying to fine device to pair with. I wish you had written instructions.

We suggest you do a factory reset on your headphones: -Please make sure Bluetooth on all other devices is turned off. -Forget the connection on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, and then restart your phone. You can then turn Bluetooth back on. -Hold down the multi-function button and volume up button at the same time for five seconds. This will send your headphones into pairing mode and then you can re-pair with your phone. If you will be using your headphones with more than one device, it may also help to verify that Dual-Device Mode has been enabled. To activate Dual-Device Mode, press the Multi-Function Button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and “Volume -“ at the same time.

You can turn off the headphones by holding the power button for about 3 seconds. The LED should turn red briefly, and the earbuds will sound a tone, to indicate that the headphones are powering off.

Fortunately, the Relay Sport Wireless will charge off of any normal Micro USB cable. Android charger cables will work just fine. You can find them at CVS/walgreens/walmart, but just about anywhere as well. Hope this helps!

Can I disable the "BATTERY LOW, CHARGE NOW" notification? It can get very annoying. My phone already informs me of the battery level of the headphones, so all this notification does is ruin my music experience / phone call.

We recommend you perform a factory reset on your headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and volume + for five seconds. The headphones will then forget any previously paired devices and enter pairing mode. If you will be using your Relays Sport Wireless headphones with more than one device, you may also want to enable dual device mode. To do so, press the multi-function button and volume - at the same time.

To switch between indoor and outdoor modes, press the Multi-Function Button (located between the volume buttons) and “Volume +“ at the same time. To know which mode you're in, the best method I could find is to switch back and forth a couple times between the different modes. Outdoor mode should sound a couple notches louder than indoor mode.
