Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gym rat I received these as a X-mas gift and loved everything about them. However, the 1st pair my right ear stopped working. Sol Republic kindly replaced the headphones. Now, pair # 2 has been going strong for over a year now. I am starting to notice that the forward button is not being consistent. Other than that, the sound is amazing for the cost. I just ordered another pair, since the price has been reduced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3rd time wasn't a charm I had bought a pair of the Relays as a impulse buy, and was blown away at the soundstage. These sound amazing for the money, and I'm picky about audio. I was very pleased. All's good and then the set just stops working. Had receipt and got it exchanged. 4 days later, the right side goes out. I go back, and after alot of arguing, they store replaced again. Not even a week, and this one stopped holding a charge. Back to the store, only to be told they no longer handle any earbuds returns because it's not hygienic!! I reached out to Sol republic and explained all the hassle, and they said they would replace. Ok, solved. Then in the chaos, I couldn't find my receipt. Emailed back and explained, and was blown off. Now, I'm so picky about sound, and I love these. All I wanted was a working pair, and instead have a non working pair and I'm 80 dollars poorer. The worst customer support ever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed in quality Bought these headphones mid November 2017. Within a couple months, the power lights weren't lighting up when I would turn the headphones on and off, relying on my phone to show when it connected to Bluetooth. Well, less than 6 months of use (~4 hours of use a week) They have completely quit working. I have plugged them in to charge and the blue light won't even turn on to acknowledge the power supply. I have not exposed these to any extreme temperatures or water, so its a glitch in the headphones and not from misuse.

How do I clear the memory?  My old iPhone 7 Plus died and they aren’t showing up on the replacement.

We suggest you do a factory reset on your headphones: - Please make sure Bluetooth on all other devices is turned off. - Forget the connection on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, and then restart your phone. You can then turn Bluetooth back on. - Hold down the multi-function button and volume up button at the same time for five seconds. - This will send your headphones into pairing mode and then you can re-pair with your phone.

Cannot watch videos etc using earphone due to annoying delay. How can I fix this?

You can try performing a factory reset on your headphones. However, the issue may continue if there is a problem with the sending device. What is the short sound every 20 seconds when normal paired and correctly playing? Is there more manual content available next to the graphical instruction booklet explaining the multi-connections, different warning sounds, battery level warning etc.?
