So I bought my first pair back on June 22nd, i bought the warranty, but since i was at the airport waiting for a flight to england I neglected to setup the warranty until my 8 Hour flight Landed in Heathrow. They charge super fast, which is Amazing, but ive only had them for 3 and a half months now and a few weeks ago the right ear bud suddenly lost it’s sound, which is not good especially when some songs have different effects going on each rar. This has happen to me before with so many different blue tooth earbuds, so it was a bummer but oh well, so i thought, lets wait till the other ear bud goes too before calling in and replacing them. The other earbud today went so I called in, knowing full well that i did set up the warranty as soon as i got to my hotel in England, and they said that I didnt set it up, and since I ‘hadn’t’ set up the warranty within one month of purchasing it that i couldnt get a replacement, when I did set it up, Idk if it was because of where i was at the time, due to the fact warranties dont work outta the usa or whatever but this needs to get fixed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great earphones but dual device setup needs work Summary: A great product almost undone by the very fiddly dual device feature. Positive features: excellent sound, good bass, the battery lasts longer than expected, the neck loop is very comfortable. Negative features: the downloadable manual is poor and the dual device feature will test even the most patient. The only way I could get the dual device feature to work was: 1. Pair the earphones with your phone 2. Turn on dual device (press vol (minus) and multifunction button together and release) 3. Turn off the bluetooth function on your phone so it is no longer transmitting 4. You will now hear "ready to pair" 5. Pair your second device/computer 6. Turn on bluetooth on your phone 7. Reconnect to Shadow device on your phone Points to note - step 4 won't happen until you turn off first connected bluetooth device. Step 7 the original device won't reconnect to the earphones until you tell it to. Note the above was using my equipment (iPhone XS and Lenovo ThinkPad) so others experience may vary.

The Sound also Today is just as good as the first day I got the Earphones ,, The Battery life is also just as good also as the first day I got the Earphones.....Built to last ..Knowing what I know Now Would I buy them again? .YES ..

Is there any way to pair these to gaming consoles? IE: PlayStations 4

Our headphones aren't designed for video game consoles. A PlayStation 4 may be able to pair, but we can't troubleshoot the connection. Check your PlayStation manual for instructions to add Bluetooth devices.

I have the Fantastic Shadow Headset and just wondering how do i check the charge level of the headset on the go?

You can check the remaining battery by pressing both volume buttons at the same time. The Shadow will then sound a tone for each 25% of battery, up to four tones for a full charge.

Will Shadow Bluetooth headphones connect to my Apple Watch 4?  I’m having trouble making the connection work. I have no trouble connecting to my iPhone.

It sounds like Dual-Device Mode has not yet been activated on your headphones. To activate Dual-Device Mode, press the Multi-Function Button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and “Volume -“ at the same time.

Trying to pair my Shadows with 1Mii Bluetooth transmitter connected to my Sony TV. Having difficulty getting them paired. Followed the steps for both devices to get them into pairing mode.

We suggest you do a factory reset on your headphones: -Please make sure Bluetooth on all other devices is turned off. -Forget the connection on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, and then restart your phone. You can then turn Bluetooth back on. -Hold down the multi-function button and volume up button at the same time for five seconds. This will send your headphones into pairing mode and then you can re-pair with your phone. If you will be using your headphones with more than one device, it may also help to verify that Dual-Device Mode has been enabled. To activate Dual-Device Mode, press the Multi-Function Button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and “Volume -“ at the same time.
