Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! Caused me to sell my Beats Studio 3. Before I bought these I tried wireless earphones from 3 other brands. It takes some time and errors before finding the perfect product, and eventually I found these. The comfort fit, battery, design, quality and sound volume are outstanding. I realized I am getting everything my Beats Studio 3 headphones has (including great passive noise cancellation) and decided to sell them. I recommend playing with your device sound settings and customize it to add more bass and find your preferred sound. Probably the best value earphones out there. Looking forward to buy the next generation when the time comes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For active...sorta I bought the shadow wireless about 3 years ago and love the 8 hour battery life. it usually last me the entire workday at my desk from one full charge. However, im also active at the gym and I run outside a lot. For running, this headphone is not bad but it tends to wobble off my neck. In terms of gym workout, forget it. This headphone is not made for the gym. If you're trying to do sit ups or bench press, this thing will not stay. I would recommend this product for anyone who plans on doing walks, working from their desk or even running but definitely not a workout earphone. To the guys at Sol Republic, please reach out to me. I can help fix this design. lol. It just needs some minor tweaks to make this product go from ok to great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set, mic is not as reliable. I would give it a five, if it wasn't because I can't take calls when using them. The person on the other end usually has a hard time hearing me when I speak through this mic. Otherwise, battery life is as specified, 8 hours on mild volume music. Have no problem with linking it. They often go from my laptop to my cellphone without a problem. Going into 4 years with them now, and still running great! Love them. First and best set I've had!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it! I bought my earphones about nine months ago but have not used them often because they won’t turn off. I have to let the battery drain for it to turn off. Pressing the button does not work. Am I missing something? If the button worked I would raise the star status.

Are these (shadow wireless) really not water-resistant? Every site that advertises them says they are and the box they came in said so too.

These are splash and sweat resistant, but they are not waterproof. I think the IPX rating is IP23.

We suggest you do a factory reset on your headphones: -Please make sure Bluetooth on all other devices is turned off. -Forget the connection on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, and then restart your phone. You can then turn Bluetooth back on. -Hold down the multi-function button and volume up button at the same time for five seconds. This will send your headphones into pairing mode and then you can re-pair with your phone. If you will be using your headphones with more than one device, it may also help to verify that Dual-Device Mode has been enabled. To activate Dual-Device Mode, press the Multi-Function Button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and “Volume -“ at the same time.

How well does the Shadow wireless work with Apple devices, i e. iPhone, iPad, or JBL wireless speakers? What is the warranty, do you replace, or credit for purchase price under warranty.  How long can I expect this product to last?

Ours lasted about 15 months before the battery went out, but it was used almost daily. It worked fine with our iPhones, but I don’t know about iPad, speakers or the warranty portion of your question though - sorry.

Our headphones aren't designed for video game consoles. A PlayStation 4 may be able to pair, but we can't troubleshoot the connection. Check your PlayStation manual for instructions to add Bluetooth devices.

You can check the remaining battery by pressing both volume buttons at the same time. The Shadow will then sound a tone for each 25% of battery, up to four tones for a full charge.

Yes. The only part of my workout I have trouble  is when I’m bench pressing Or any other exercise I’m laying flat. I have to rest it on the front part of my neck rather than the back. Other than that they are excellent headphones!

No they do not vibrate, but if a heavy Bass songs comes on they kind of will vibrate. I like these earphones, I use them all the time. I listen to many different genres of music.

This will make the headphones forget any previously paired devices and enter pairing mode again.
