Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loved it, until it stopped working I love my shadow wireless earbuds. It played my music beautifully, the sound was awesome. I could never pair it with more than one device - had to make it forget the first device before it would even show up on another, which was a hassle. About 2 weeks after my one year warranty ended, i noticed the left ear was not very loud. I thought i was going deaf in one ear. However it is becoming more and more noticeable now, and i checked by changing the ears - and trying it on different devices. The left ear bud is slowing not working. And now is almost completely gone. I suspect it is the interior wiring on the left side which is breaking. A real shame as I love these earphones. I can't justify spending this much on a headphone for only a year. Most of my cheaper earphones last 5-6 years, i only bought this to be wireless from my iphone given they no longer have a headphone jack - but that;s a different story. If i had written this review before the 1 year was up, i would have given it 5 stars and recommended it. The fact that it's breaking down on me a few weeks after the 1 year warranty is up, has skewed my perspective of it and i'm giving it way less.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my new earbuds! I’ve tried almost every earbud out there, and haven’t found one that’s comfortable, accessible, and sounds great. Now I found one. Earbuds are a little loose, but it’s by no means a dealbreaker. And they match my mobile device.

I have had these for about 2 months now and as the title states they look great and sound just as good but the problem is they won't stay in for long. I've changed the size of the eartips but even then that hasn't helped much. I don't work out in them, I just use them for in office use and even then I struggle to keep them from falling out. It's a shame because they would be perfect if they stayed in. Had they had the relay sport wireless fit, then these would be an easy 5 stars.

I have the Fantastic Shadow Headset and just wondering how do i check the charge level of the headset on the go?

You can check the remaining battery by pressing both volume buttons at the same time. The Shadow will then sound a tone for each 25% of battery, up to four tones for a full charge.

Will Shadow Bluetooth headphones connect to my Apple Watch 4?  I’m having trouble making the connection work. I have no trouble connecting to my iPhone.

It sounds like Dual-Device Mode has not yet been activated on your headphones. To activate Dual-Device Mode, press the Multi-Function Button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and “Volume -“ at the same time.

Trying to pair my Shadows with 1Mii Bluetooth transmitter connected to my Sony TV. Having difficulty getting them paired. Followed the steps for both devices to get them into pairing mode.

We suggest you do a factory reset on your headphones: -Please make sure Bluetooth on all other devices is turned off. -Forget the connection on your phone, turn off Bluetooth, and then restart your phone. You can then turn Bluetooth back on. -Hold down the multi-function button and volume up button at the same time for five seconds. This will send your headphones into pairing mode and then you can re-pair with your phone. If you will be using your headphones with more than one device, it may also help to verify that Dual-Device Mode has been enabled. To activate Dual-Device Mode, press the Multi-Function Button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and “Volume -“ at the same time.

Are these good headphones for working out? Will they stay around your neck well?

Yes. The only part of my workout I have trouble  is when I’m bench pressing Or any other exercise I’m laying flat. I have to rest it on the front part of my neck rather than the back. Other than that they are excellent headphones!

No they do not vibrate, but if a heavy Bass songs comes on they kind of will vibrate. I like these earphones, I use them all the time. I listen to many different genres of music.

Is this headphone set compatible with Samsung phones. There is no setting for 'shadow' on pairing choices.

If you don't see the Shadow headphones among available devices, try performing a factory reset by holding down the multi-function button (located between the volume +/- buttons) and volume + for five seconds. This will make the headphones forget any previously paired devices and enter pairing mode again. If you will be using the headphones with more than one device, you may also want to enable dual device mode. You can do so by pressing the multi-function button and volume - at the same time.
