Amps Air 2.0 Wireless Earbuds is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 93.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from They´re barely good They have a good sound, the desgin is fantastic, they fit easily. But, the case doesn´t really feel premium, the connection represent some problems the 50% of the time, they fail a lot making the connection each other. Definitely, I was expecting a lot more, a better experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not bad, but better options I bought these in January and they lasted a month before I could not handle them anymore. I have a daily hour commute and trying to wear them for the full hour would just be uncomfortable. The audio is pretty good, but they just feel awful in ear. They also called out pretty easily. My favorite part of these wireless earbuds is that the portable charger feature was really convenient. For around $150 you can buy the Apple AirPods gen 2, I currently am using the Apple AirPods pro and they are amazing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from one fatal flaw I bought my first set of these about 6 months ago and they worked fine for months but after a while the little rubber part that goes into my inner ear came loose and eventually stopped working so I took them back and got a replacement set. After only about a month the replacement pair I have now only worked in one ear and it appears to be the same problem-they catch when you pull them out of the little recharging unit and the little rubber inner ear piece comes off and stops working so the problem is the design of the recharging unit so it looks like i'll be taking back this pair as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really awful for connecting Terrible for even turning on, or connecting to each other. Or connecting to my android device. Just the worst.

How do I get then both to play at same time

Asked by: Superstaraver
Thank you for your question. If you are having an issue connecting the earbuds, please use the following steps to reset them: 1. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 2. Take the earbuds out of the case. 3. Press and hold the multi-function (SOL) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button once one each earbud to turn them on, allow the earbuds 10-15 seconds to power on. 5. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. 7. Turn Bluetooth on; on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select the SOL earbuds in available devices.

Hi, My husband stepped on one of the sol air 2.0. Is it still going to work even if you just use one? Are there any replacement earpods for 2.0? Thank you

Why doesn’t the right side work by its self? I was pulling my sweater over my head and the left side fell out and it’s gone. The right side can’t act on it own?

Asked by: Mike808
I believe they need to be within a certain range of each other to function. I have found that Incan remove one to her someone speaking, but it is in my hand and the solo piece performs.

I put both buds in my ear and only one works at a time!! Why?

Asked by: Tony
Sometimes it takes a second longer for the other one to connect. You can always push in the button to make it connect faster

Where are they made?

Asked by: Clover
I believe that they were designed in San Francisco, but are made in Michigan.  I own numerous Bose earphones which are great, but the build and sound quality from the Bluetooth earphones I have are fantastic, can’t believe till you get your set.  I own the first and second generation of these and absolutely love them.

Cant get earbuds to pair with bluetooth

Asked by: Boonsppaw
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device you want to pair it with , 2. Make sure ear pieces are charged, once taken out of charger —->  3. Turn Bluetooth on , on device  .  4. On that same page on your device it will take up to 30 seconds to show “ Amps Air 2.0”  maybe less .   5. Tap on “ Amps Air 2.0” on screen .  6. Pairing them should be automatic.  Then you are all set . I’m using an iPhone X , I’ve also paired it with my Mac, on the Mac it was a little harder , idk why .  ———————————————— I have reset my Bluetooth settings .  Take them off the charger , they might be blinking red , go to phone settings , Bluetooth, turn it on , it should show Amps Air 2.0 . Tap the screen to verify . And the pairing should be fast . Good luck ! >_<!!

My right ear bud has gotten quieter, than the left one, all of a sudden it’d like the left one has all the sound and the right one has barley any and it gives my ear a ache, is there a way to balance the sound out so it’s back to how it used to be?

Asked by: Lunt
I usually notice this same issue with the sound when I have used the ear buds for long periods of time. Usually after 4 hours. I give them a break now after about 2-3 hours, also it gives  them time to juice back up and relax my ears. Sometimes having them in for a long time can cause some aching if your not used to wearing them. As far as manually balancing them out I don’t think that it’s possible since there is no way of sending a firmware update (as far as I’m aware of).
