Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for EDM I thoroughly recommend these headphones for bass and running. Ext.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fall Outs and Disconnects I bought these because my sister and my brother in law both have them and have had little issues. However I find these don't fit my ears regardless of the plug size when I use the standard plug on normal earphones without any worry. I've found on a three hour phone call that on the hour mark my ear bud would seemingly turn itself off and I would have to turn it back on and reconnect the Bluetooth manually. It happened at each hour. The right and left ear buds aren't independent of each other as I was led to believe from other reviews. If you want a phone call you have to use the left one and if you want to listen to music the left one cannot still be charging while you use the right. Sound quality is ok, I'm no expert but it certainly wasn't too base-boomy like other reviews I read. Overall they're ok, if you can get them to stay in your ears and not fall out. Don't recommend if you take calls a lot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overall bad earbuds I bought these earbuds recently, hoping to have a different experience than my AirPods Pro, but these are NOT even remotely good. The sound quality is horrible, it's just loud with no bass at all, the case is MASSIVE compared to my AirPods, and they don't stay in my ears. Also, they don't pair well. And who thought it was a good idea to make the case a power bank? I have like five much more powerful power banks for my stuff.

Thank you for your question. If you are having an issue connecting the earbuds, please use the following steps to reset them: 1. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 2. Take the earbuds out of the case. 3. Press and hold the multi-function (SOL) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button once one each earbud to turn them on, allow the earbuds 10-15 seconds to power on. 5. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. 7. Turn Bluetooth on; on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select the SOL earbuds in available devices.

Why doesn’t the right side work by its self? I was pulling my sweater over my head and the left side fell out and it’s gone. The right side can’t act on it own?

Asked by: Mike808
I believe they need to be within a certain range of each other to function. I have found that Incan remove one to her someone speaking, but it is in my hand and the solo piece performs.

Where are they made?

Asked by: Clover
I believe that they were designed in San Francisco, but are made in Michigan.  I own numerous Bose earphones which are great, but the build and sound quality from the Bluetooth earphones I have are fantastic, can’t believe till you get your set.  I own the first and second generation of these and absolutely love them.

Cant get earbuds to pair with bluetooth

Asked by: Boonsppaw
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device you want to pair it with , 2. Make sure ear pieces are charged, once taken out of charger —->  3. Turn Bluetooth on , on device  .  4. On that same page on your device it will take up to 30 seconds to show “ Amps Air 2.0”  maybe less .   5. Tap on “ Amps Air 2.0” on screen .  6. Pairing them should be automatic.  Then you are all set . I’m using an iPhone X , I’ve also paired it with my Mac, on the Mac it was a little harder , idk why .  ———————————————— I have reset my Bluetooth settings .  Take them off the charger , they might be blinking red , go to phone settings , Bluetooth, turn it on , it should show Amps Air 2.0 . Tap the screen to verify . And the pairing should be fast . Good luck ! >_<!!

My right ear bud has gotten quieter, than the left one, all of a sudden it’d like the left one has all the sound and the right one has barley any and it gives my ear a ache, is there a way to balance the sound out so it’s back to how it used to be?

Asked by: Lunt
I usually notice this same issue with the sound when I have used the ear buds for long periods of time. Usually after 4 hours. I give them a break now after about 2-3 hours, also it gives  them time to juice back up and relax my ears. Sometimes having them in for a long time can cause some aching if your not used to wearing them. As far as manually balancing them out I don’t think that it’s possible since there is no way of sending a firmware update (as far as I’m aware of).

Only my left earbud connects to my phone how do I also make my right one connect also?

Asked by: Laxstar
Often when Amps Air have problems syncing to each other, it is because they are being paired to a device before they can pair to each other. The complete syncing instructions for the Amps Air are as follows: (Note that an additional step has been added at #6 compared to the manual) 1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and other Bluetooth devices in the area. 2. Take earbuds out of your case. 3. Press and hold Sol Button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button once on each ear bud to turn them on. 5. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button twice to put ear buds into pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. The earbuds should turn a solid white and green, and begin to flash together (sometimes the earbuds won’t flash together but they are still connected). 7. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select “Amps Air” in available devices.

Thank you for your question. It sounds like you are not waiting long enough for them to pair together. We suggest giving the earbuds more time to connect to each other. If you are still unsuccessful, please call us for further troubleshooting: 877-400-0310

Hi guys, with the Amps Air original or 1.0 I experience a second or two audio lag on videos noticeably. With the Amps Air 2.0, is this issue fixed? Also with the regular Amps Air, did I get a faulty pair or is it a common issue with the Amps Air?

Unfortunately, none of our headphones are DLNA compatible, and we do not have a solution to the audio delay you are experiencing when watching videos.

Can I use one earbud to listen to music or do they both have to be in my ears.

Asked by: Freda
The left earbud can still be used individually, but won’t receive sounds which are balanced off-center to the right. The right earbud won’t work individually if the left earbud is left in the case. (Note that the earbuds will still have sound from only one ear during phone calls. Stereo play will resume once the call ends)
