Amps Air 2.0 Wireless Earbuds is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 94.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I received these as a gift so i wont mind keeping them but im disppointed by the bass sound that is supposed to be so good. Not sure if i also have a faulty pair but my basic Apple ear set has more bass than these. Im not a sound aficionado either and very tolerant with these things.. however i expected much more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They´re barely good They have a good sound, the desgin is fantastic, they fit easily. But, the case doesn´t really feel premium, the connection represent some problems the 50% of the time, they fail a lot making the connection each other. Definitely, I was expecting a lot more, a better experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not bad, but better options I bought these in January and they lasted a month before I could not handle them anymore. I have a daily hour commute and trying to wear them for the full hour would just be uncomfortable. The audio is pretty good, but they just feel awful in ear. They also called out pretty easily. My favorite part of these wireless earbuds is that the portable charger feature was really convenient. For around $150 you can buy the Apple AirPods gen 2, I currently am using the Apple AirPods pro and they are amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I’m using it every day and it works very well. The charging case it’s really useful and help me to charge my phone
Date published: 2020-04-21
Rated 1 out of 5 by from one fatal flaw I bought my first set of these about 6 months ago and they worked fine for months but after a while the little rubber part that goes into my inner ear came loose and eventually stopped working so I took them back and got a replacement set. After only about a month the replacement pair I have now only worked in one ear and it appears to be the same problem-they catch when you pull them out of the little recharging unit and the little rubber inner ear piece comes off and stops working so the problem is the design of the recharging unit so it looks like i'll be taking back this pair as well.

Cant get earbuds to pair with bluetooth

Asked by: Boonsppaw
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device you want to pair it with , 2. Make sure ear pieces are charged, once taken out of charger —->  3. Turn Bluetooth on , on device  .  4. On that same page on your device it will take up to 30 seconds to show “ Amps Air 2.0”  maybe less .   5. Tap on “ Amps Air 2.0” on screen .  6. Pairing them should be automatic.  Then you are all set . I’m using an iPhone X , I’ve also paired it with my Mac, on the Mac it was a little harder , idk why .  ———————————————— I have reset my Bluetooth settings .  Take them off the charger , they might be blinking red , go to phone settings , Bluetooth, turn it on , it should show Amps Air 2.0 . Tap the screen to verify . And the pairing should be fast . Good luck ! >_<!!

My right ear bud has gotten quieter, than the left one, all of a sudden it’d like the left one has all the sound and the right one has barley any and it gives my ear a ache, is there a way to balance the sound out so it’s back to how it used to be?

Asked by: Lunt
I usually notice this same issue with the sound when I have used the ear buds for long periods of time. Usually after 4 hours. I give them a break now after about 2-3 hours, also it gives  them time to juice back up and relax my ears. Sometimes having them in for a long time can cause some aching if your not used to wearing them. As far as manually balancing them out I don’t think that it’s possible since there is no way of sending a firmware update (as far as I’m aware of).

Only my left earbud connects to my phone how do I also make my right one connect also?

Asked by: Laxstar
Often when Amps Air have problems syncing to each other, it is because they are being paired to a device before they can pair to each other. The complete syncing instructions for the Amps Air are as follows: (Note that an additional step has been added at #6 compared to the manual) 1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and other Bluetooth devices in the area. 2. Take earbuds out of your case. 3. Press and hold Sol Button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button once on each ear bud to turn them on. 5. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button twice to put ear buds into pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. The earbuds should turn a solid white and green, and begin to flash together (sometimes the earbuds won’t flash together but they are still connected). 7. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select “Amps Air” in available devices.

I’ve had my earbuds for over a year now, and I do love them, but....the right earbud is no longer syncing with the left (“R” keeps going to mono mode).  I’ve tried everything to sync them but nothing is working. Please help.

Just bought a pair of Amps 2.  Really good sound.  Neither the earphones or the charging case indicate left or right.  Does is matter which ear you place them in?

Thank you for the question. Under the earbuds themselves, they are marked 'R' for right and 'L' for left.

Hello I have just purchased the amps 2.0 and love them but I was curious if I could just use one of them at a time. I tried and only the left one works by itself and connects but the right one does not. Is there some way around that?  Using an iPhone XS

Asked by: RonaldG
Thank you for your question. It sounds like you are not waiting long enough for them to pair together. We suggest giving the earbuds more time to connect to each other. If you are still unsuccessful, please call us for further troubleshooting: 877-400-0310

Hi guys, with the Amps Air original or 1.0 I experience a second or two audio lag on videos noticeably. With the Amps Air 2.0, is this issue fixed? Also with the regular Amps Air, did I get a faulty pair or is it a common issue with the Amps Air?

Asked by: devintsuji
Unfortunately, none of our headphones are DLNA compatible, and we do not have a solution to the audio delay you are experiencing when watching videos.

Can I use one earbud to listen to music or do they both have to be in my ears.

Asked by: Freda
The left earbud can still be used individually, but won’t receive sounds which are balanced off-center to the right. The right earbud won’t work individually if the left earbud is left in the case. (Note that the earbuds will still have sound from only one ear during phone calls. Stereo play will resume once the call ends)

Are the amps air 2.0 buds independent like the 1.0's? I had a pair of 1.0 buds and could use 1 while charging the other.

Asked by: Will
The original Amps Air have a mono mode which will allow you to use one earbud and leave the other in the case. The Amps Air 2.0 had mono mode removed, as it could sometimes interfere with pairing earbuds in stereo.

How do you get amps mono or just one earbud to turn on

Asked by: Gavin
Mono functionality has been removed from the Amps Air 2.0 headphones, as it could interfere with the ability to pair the earbuds in stereo. The left earbud can still be used individually, but won’t receive sounds which are balanced off-center to the right. The right earbud won’t work individually if the left earbud is left in the case.
